30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Try Soléna for 30 days. If you're not happy with your first order, email us within 30 days of your order date and we'll refund you in full. Keep the product. No return needed.

To request a refund:

1. Email support@solena.us with your order number
2. Tell us what didn't work so we can keep improving
3. We'll refund you within 5 business days to your original payment method

Subscription Orders

Your first subscription order is covered by the 30-day guarantee above. Orders after the first are final sale, but you can cancel anytime to stop future shipments. See our Subscription Terms for details.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong product, email us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge, no return needed.
