Subscription Terms

Soléna subscriptions make it easy to keep your ritual going. Here's how they work.

How It Works

When you order a subscription, we save your payment method and ship your next order on your chosen schedule. You'll get an email 3 days before each shipment so you know it's coming.

Billing Frequency

Pick what works for you at checkout:

  • 30-day: ships every 30 days, billed each time we ship
  • 90-day: ships every 90 days, billed each time we ship

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription anytime with no fees or penalty. Two ways:

  1. Log in to your account at solena.us/account and click Cancel Subscription
  2. Email support@solena.us with your order number

30-Day Cancellation Window

Cancel up to 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment and you won't be billed for that order. Once an order ships, we can't stop it, but you can still cancel future shipments.

Your first subscription order is also covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the product isn't working for you, email us within 30 days of your first order for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Skip or Pause

Going out of town? Have enough product? Skip a delivery or pause your subscription from your account dashboard. No limits, no penalty.

Price Changes

We'll give you at least 30 days notice before any subscription price change. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
